How it works
Upload and scale
Drop the plan PDF in and set the scale on each sheet: pick the stated ratio and sheet size, or trace a known length and calibrate off that. Scanned drawings work either way.
Trace the work
Measure runs, areas, rectangles, counts and wall surfaces straight on the plan, with a 45 degree lock for clean lines. Cut out the voids, set waste %, and pin a note where the drawing is unclear.
Price it and send it
Quantities roll up into the takeoff items and price themselves. From there it goes out as a client quote, or as an RFQ to your suppliers. Export the lot to CSV whenever you want it in a spreadsheet.

What kind of plans can I measure?
Any PDF drawing set. If the sheet states its scale you pick the ratio and sheet size and Footing corrects for the page it was actually exported at. If it is a scan with no reliable scale, trace a known length (a grid line or a stated dimension) and calibrate off that instead.
Are the quantities trustworthy?
The server computes every quantity from the geometry you traced. Your browser never sends a number it worked out itself, so what lands on the takeoff is what the plan says, not what a client could tamper with.
What happens when the drawings get reissued?
Duplicate the takeoff and remeasure against the new sheets. The original stays intact, so you can see what changed and what it did to the price.
How do suppliers price it?
You send an RFQ from the takeoff and the supplier gets an emailed link. They price each line or decline, on their phone, with no login and no account. Their prices land back on the RFQ, and you can turn the one you like into a purchase order.
Can a supplier see what I expected to pay?
No. The RFQ page is assembled line by line and your target costs are never part of it. Suppliers see the items and the quantities, nothing about your pricing or margin.
