Footing
For project managers

Where's the job at? One look.

Today the answer is a phone call to you. If you're out, nobody knows. The stage, the trades, the claim and who's inducted, on one record, so you are not the only person who can answer it.

Who it is for

The PM, supervisor or owner everyone rings. A tradie app stops at the job card. A five-figure platform is sold on turnover. You need the whole job on one record, so "where's it at?" is not a phone call.

What it does for the person who holds the job

01

Any job answered in one look

Overdue invoices, quotes awaiting acceptance, today's field jobs and who's inducted. Each row is an action, so you chase the job, not a feed.

02

Certify and claim on the same record

Progress claims up the chain, subbie claims down it, retention held. Variations stay on the project. You are not running it from a whiteboard.

03

A client link that stays clean

Share live stage, approved updates and the photos you choose. Never your margins, budgets or supplier prices.

The daily work, on one record

Claims, retention, certify, cost, schedule and client updates, on the jobs you already run. One record, not a whiteboard, a spreadsheet and a phone call.

  • WIP, outstanding and a 60-day cashflow forecast on one screen
  • SWMS and induction gates before a job starts
  • Ask ChatGPT or Claude against your real jobs if you already pay for them

Straight answers.

Is this construction project management software?

It is the operating system for the project manager, supervisor or owner who holds the job. You get today's jobs, overdue invoices, quotes waiting and who's inducted in one queue, plus live job cost and a client link. Not another project management tool.

I am the PM and I run the claims. Does that fit?

Yes. That is the usual case. Progress claims, retention, certify, cost and client updates sit on the one record, without paying for another seat.

What is in the priority queue?

Overdue invoices, quotes awaiting acceptance, today's field jobs and who's inducted, ranked as actions. WIP, outstanding receivables and a 60-day cashflow forecast sit across the top, loaded from the real jobs.

Can I certify subbies and still update the client?

Yes. Subbie claims and head-contract claims live on the same job. The client gets a tokenised link with live stage, approved updates and the photos you choose, never your costs.

Does the rest of the team need paid logins?

No. Users are unlimited on every plan. Crew, subbies, clients, architects and certifiers cost nothing to add. You pay for active projects, not seats.
